Cherry Hill Quilters
Cherry Hill Quilters is a mother–daughter duo with a passion for creativity, connection, and handcrafted goods.
Chris and Suzy Pohorence have been crafting and selling together for over 20 years, turning their shared love of quilting and fiber arts into a hobby business rooted in family and tradition.
Suzy’s journey began in 4-H, where she learned to sew, quilt, and explore a variety of fiber arts. Even after Suzy headed off to college and aged out of 4-H, the pair knew they didn’t want to leave behind the time they spent creating together. What started as a shared hobby became a cherished weekend ritual—after long workweeks, Chris and Suzy still get together every weekend to sew, quilt, chat, and enjoy doing what they love most.
You can find Cherry Hill Quilters at craft shows throughout the Rochester and Syracuse areas. Their most popular handmade items—including fabric gift bags, catnip mice, and cozy heat wraps—are also available at Heartfelt Designs.
For Chris and Suzy, Cherry Hill Quilters is more than a business—it’s a way to stay connected, creative, and inspired, one stitch at a time.

Artful Fairy Designs
Hi! I’m Lisa from Artful Fairy Designs. Many people recognize me from owning The Artful Fairy in Victor. After closing the store in 2021, I had to find a new direction while still staying creative.
That led me to begin creating items for local stores and opening my Etsy shop, where I sell personalized pieces. Around the same time, I also started teaching blanket making, painting, and kids’ classes at local venues—which are always a lot of fun.
In 2023, I launched a YouTube channel to help my class students, as well as others who are just starting out learning to make blankets.
My passion has always been showing people how easy it can be to be creative—even when they think they aren’t. I truly believe everyone has a little creativity in them; sometimes they just need the right place to start.
Today, I design DIY wood kits for kids and adults who want to create something at home. I’ve also made YouTube videos to showcase the kits and help guide people through each project.
You can find my kits and other items at Heartfelt Designs as well as my Etsy shop or www.artfulfairydesigns.com
