Creativity has always been part of who I am. I’ve always loved making things with my hands and connecting with others who share that same passion. What started as a small table set up outside my mother-in-law’s house in the summer of 2019 eventually grew into Heartfelt Designs, a shop that now brings together dozens of talented local artisans and makers.

After trying craft shows and sharing my creations locally, an opportunity came along to join a small artisan shop. When the owner later asked if I would take it over, I took a leap of faith. In June of 2021, Heartfelt Designs was born.

What began with just a handful of artisans has grown into a vibrant community of makers. Today, Heartfelt Designs brings together talented local artists and creators who fill the shop with handmade gifts, artwork, décor, pottery, textiles, and specialty foods. Every item in the store reflects the creativity and care of the person who made it.

In 2023, we moved into a new location that allowed the shop to grow even more. The support from our artisan community and our customers made that transition possible, and it continues to inspire everything we do.

In early 2025, we lost my mother-in-law unexpectedly. She was one of Heartfelt’s biggest supporters and believed deeply in what we were building. During that difficult time, the artisans and community surrounding the shop lifted me up in ways I’ll never forget.

Heartfelt Designs is more than a shop—it’s a place where creativity, community, and connection come together. I’m grateful every day for the talented makers who share their work here and for the customers who support them.
